Septo-rhinoplaty is one of the most popular surgi cal procedure. The post-operative therapy is crucial for the success of the septo-rhinoplasty and avoid functional and aesthetic sequelae. Recent studies suggest that thermal sulphurous water may have anti-inflammatory effects and also decrease oxida tive stress in the airways. We made a study to test therapeutic efficacy of sulphurous water in post-operative treatment after septo-rhinoplasty.
