Article abstract

Hydrotherapy, exercise therapy, nutrition therapy, lifestyle regulation therapy and phytotherapy are the domains of classical naturopathic medicine. Of these, the lifestyle regulation therapy is to be concidered as the predominant element overlapping with all other domains. Simultaneously, a number of naturopathic therapies are part of a balneological concept. Many approaches in naturopathic treatment are used in the rheumatologic indoor rehabilitation to improve functional problems and the impact on the work ability and activities of daily life. The aim of this article is to give an overview of the naturopathic, evidence-based therapies.
